Tyrone A. Wilson is the founder of TWG Reserve LLC and a leader in real estate and economic development with more than 20 years of experience. His work includes complex property acquisitions and negotiations, managing substantial real estate portfolios, building partnerships, and developing teams to carry projects through to completion.
Most recently, Tyrone served as Manager of Real Property for the City of Dallas, where he led its Land Bank and Land Transfer programs. Working with his team and partners, he helped reduce approval timelines from 14 to 24 months to approximately 3 to 6 months. The Center for Community Progress recognized him as an Emerging Leader in Land Banking.
Earlier in his career, Tyrone served as President of the Industrial Development Board for the City of New Orleans and as a Commissioner of the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency. Through TWG Reserve, he brings that experience to consulting in real estate strategy, economic development, and program improvement. He is also the author of The Land Bank Playbook.
